When it comes to seeds we always recommend using commercial grade seeds if available. These have a much higher germination rate than regular store bought seeds. Meaning that if you plant 10 seeds you will pretty much get 10 plants, thats better than the 40 - 60% you get from most residential seeds. If you have trouble finding commercial seeds you can drop us an email.
Also when it comes to seeds, non GMO (genetically modified organism) seeds is what we recommend and organic if possible.

Can I use seeds from organic vegetables purchased from grocery stores in my garden? If yes, then what are instructions for doing this?

We have purchased seeds from Johnny Seeds, Seeds of Change, Park and another that i can't remember off hand. They are usually pretty large packets (hundreds or thousands of seeds).
We also sell small packets of seeds costing $1. The number of seeds you get depends on the crop.
